Progress allows employees to document their daily tasks

Progress organizes and tracks employees' tasks. It showcases highly customized spreadsheets on which team members record tasks with completion status, updates, status reports, and other relevant information. Each team member can see all active tasks and their progress.

Progress helps the Management  monitor employees' productivity and identify productive, unproductive, and inactive employees. It also analyzes employees' activity to understand how they spend their time and reasons for their unproductivity and provides feedback based on collected data. Thus, helping employees to improve their performance and the company to remain productive.

It aims to correct the course of work and understand the company's strengths and weaknesses, and understand if defects are caused by employees or for reasons beyond their control; therefore, harnessing such tools would benefit employees and employers.

Open configuration options

QMS is open-source software, and ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 22301: 2019, and ISO 20000: 2018 systems have been built using it. It was documented and made available to the Management  staff according to each ISO certification's policies, goals, and organizational procedures.

The system provides complete forms for each ISO certification, which makes it easier for the Management  staff to document their work and evidence effectively.
